Privacy policy.

Last updated 29 October 2026

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a call or become a client.

Who we are

Supasonic is a trading name of Shakuri Studios Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17194051. Our registered office is 2nd Floor, 47 Lloyd St, Manchester, M2 5LE.

Shakuri Studios Limited is the data controller for the personal information described here. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, registration number ZC237158.

You can contact us about privacy at hello@supasonicai.com.

What we collect

When you contact us or book a call, we collect the information you provide. This may include:

Providing a phone number is optional. We need enough information to respond to your enquiry or arrange the service you request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that we do not need.

Our website and service providers also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested and access times, to deliver the website, protect it against abuse and produce visitor statistics.

Why we use your information

We use personal information to:

Our lawful basis depends on the purpose:

Where consent is required for a particular use, we will ask for it.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to help run our business, including:

These providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Some may also process limited information for their own purposes, as explained in their privacy notices.

We may share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal, accounting or regulatory matters.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Our service providers may process personal information outside the UK, including in the United States.

Where required by UK data protection law, we rely on applicable UK adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum.

You can contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your information and how to obtain a copy.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not lead to work, we normally delete the enquiry and related correspondence within 24 months of our last meaningful contact.

If you become a client, we keep information needed to provide our services and manage the relationship. Relevant contracts and essential project correspondence may be retained for up to six years after the work ends to deal with contractual matters or legal claims.

We generally keep accounting records for six years from the end of the financial year they relate to, or longer where legally required.

Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed. Technical logs and analytics records have separate retention periods according to their purpose and the provider’s settings. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are routinely replaced.

Cookies and website statistics

We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and which pages are useful. It provides aggregate statistics, such as page views, referring websites, approximate location and device or browser type.

Vercel describes this service as using no analytics cookies and a temporary visitor identifier derived from incoming requests. That identifier is discarded after 24 hours; aggregate statistics may be retained longer.

You can read more in Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation.

If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device so the site looks the way you chose next time. Nothing is sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings, or simply not use the switch.

If you follow a link to another website, such as a Google booking page, that service’s own privacy and cookie information also applies.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us to:

You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Contact hello@supasonicai.com to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. If the law allows more time, we will explain why. Requests are normally free of charge. Some rights have legal limits, and we will explain if we cannot fulfil a request.

Complaints

If you are concerned about how we handle your information, you can complain to us at hello@supasonicai.com.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed and explain the outcome.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We will update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The date above shows when it was last updated.
