/ FAQs
You might
be wondering.
Still wondering?
We tell you on the first call. Fixed price per project, agreed before anyone starts work, and it doesn't move unless you change the brief. No paid discovery phase.
You'll see a real first version in days, not months. Most projects go live within weeks. You get a date on the first call and we hold to it.
That's the normal starting point. The first thirty minutes are spent working out what the problem actually is, and just as usefully, what you don't need to spend money on.
All of it. Files, source code and accounts, handed over on delivery. No mandatory retainer, and no licensing that holds your brand hostage.

Rose & Food.
A luxury dining studio creating unforgettable events, with a brand and digital experience designed to match.

What we did
- 01Brand identity
- 02iOS app design
- 03Client booking & events
- 04Business operations
- 05Go-to-market
Beautifully considered, from booking to table.
Rose & Food creates premium dining experiences, from luxury events and weddings to private dining and personal chef services. They had the food, the clients and the reputation. What they needed was a brand and digital experience that felt as considered as the service itself.
We started with the identity. A hand-drawn rose mark, a warm, understated palette and elegant typography created a system designed to sit alongside beautiful food and event photography without competing with it.
Then we built the app around both sides of the business.
For clients, it creates a direct connection to Rose & Food: discover services, make bookings, manage upcoming events and access recipes from the experiences they've attended.
Behind the scenes, it becomes the operating system for the business. Rose & Food can manage clients, plan and schedule events, organise bookings, create and track invoices, and keep key business data in one place rather than spread across different tools.
We finished with the go-to-market. Rather than building for the App Store, we made the app part of the Rose & Food experience itself. Shared directly with clients it creates a private digital space for everything around their event, a personal, premium touch that extends the relationship beyond the table.
The result is more than an app. It's one connected system for how Rose & Food looks, sells, serves and runs.

Heel.
A natural dog supplement brand with strong foundations, ready to grow into something people recognise.

What we did
- 01Brand evolution
- 02Brand guidelines & roadmap
- 03Website
- 04Campaign creative
- 05Go-to-market
A healthier brand for healthier dogs.
Heel came to us with the foundations in place: a name, a logo and the beginnings of a visual identity. The opportunity was to take what was already working and give it the personality, energy and depth it needed to become a distinctive consumer brand.
We evolved the identity into a richer, more expressive system. Colour, illustration, typography, imagery and graphic devices gave Heel a world of its own, while a new brand book established the rules for how everything comes together. Alongside it, we created a roadmap designed to keep the brand consistent as new products, campaigns and channels are introduced.
Then we brought Heel to life digitally. We designed and built the website around a simple job: make natural dog supplements easy to understand, easy to trust and easy to choose. The brand carries through every touchpoint, balancing the warmth and personality of a modern pet brand with the credibility a wellness product needs.
With the foundations in place, we turned to launch. We developed the go-to-market strategy for Heel's 2027 debut, creating the campaign thinking, social content, copy and creative assets needed to introduce the brand with one clear, recognisable voice.
Heel now has everything it needs for what comes next: a distinctive identity, a digital home and a flexible creative system ready to grow alongside the business.

ABI.
An AI social media manager built to feel less like a tool and more like someone who already knows the business.

What we did
- 01Brand identity
- 02Product & UX design
- 03AI intelligence system
- 04Full-stack build
- 05Content & learning engine
An intelligent system for the entire social cycle.
ABI started with a difficult question: could we build an AI social media manager that didn't feel like one?
So we built her from the ground up.
At the centre of ABI is a company brain: a bespoke intelligence layer designed to understand the business, its audience, products, positioning, opinions and the way it communicates. Instead of starting every prompt from zero, ABI starts with context.
Then we taught her how to create.
ABI can research, strategise, write, plan and create social content from one place. You can work alongside her, shape an idea together, or hand her the reins and let her create independently. Different formats, personalities and voices can be developed for different audiences and channels, without everything collapsing into the same recognisable AI tone.
That was the important part. We didn't want more content. We wanted content people actually wanted to read.
So ABI was designed around human communication: natural language, varied structure, genuine points of view and deliberate resistance to repetition, predictable AI patterns and content slop.
But creation is only half the system.
ABI tracks what happens after something is published. Performance data feeds back into the company brain, helping the system understand which subjects, ideas, formats, voices and creative decisions are actually working. Winners can be identified, promoted and used to inform what ABI creates next.
Every post becomes another signal.
The result is a closed-loop social engine that can create, schedule, measure and learn in one place, getting smarter about the brand and its audience every time it works.

Shakuri.
An immersive studio building inside Roblox and Fortnite, with a site built for the marketers buying it rather than the players in it.

What we did
- 01Brand evolution
- 02Website strategy & UX
- 03Full-stack build
- 04CRM & data integration
- 05Conversion optimisation
Making gaming make sense to marketers.
Shakuri Studios is an immersive studio that builds experiences and campaigns inside Roblox and Fortnite. They already had the work, the expertise and an identity. What they needed was a digital presence that spoke to the people actually buying it: marketers, brand teams and agencies who might never have played either platform themselves.
We evolved the brand and rebuilt the website from scratch around that audience.
Instead of expecting visitors to understand gaming terminology, the site translates what Shakuri does into a clear commercial proposition: why these platforms matter, who is there, what brands can do and what it can deliver for their business. Complex capabilities became simple ways in, backed by real work, real results and enough proof to make the next conversation easy.
Visually, we created a bolder system designed around the worlds Shakuri creates. A dark interface gives the work space to take centre stage, with gameplay, campaigns and in-world experiences providing the colour and energy. The result feels unmistakably gaming without looking like it was designed for gamers.
Then we built the commercial engine underneath it.
The site was designed and developed from the ground up for conversion across desktop and mobile, with clear journeys for different audiences and deliberate calls to action throughout. We connected it into Shakuri's wider sales and marketing stack, bringing CRM, lead capture, tracking and data together so interest doesn't disappear when someone leaves the website.
Everything can be measured, attributed and fed back into the business, turning the website from a portfolio into an active part of Shakuri's growth engine.
The result is a site that does what Shakuri does best: takes something unfamiliar to many brands, makes the opportunity immediately understandable, and gives them a reason to get involved.

This explains what we do with your information when you contact us through this website. It is deliberately short, because there is not much to it.

We do not buy lists, we do not scrape, and we do not collect anything you have not typed in yourself.

Who else sees it
Only the services we use to run the studio, and only so they can do their job:

If you accept, we use [ANALYTICS TOOL] to count visits and see which pages get read. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email us and we will do it, normally within a few days and always within a month. There is no charge.
If you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
Before this goes live, replace the highlighted parts: the date, your retention period, and the names of the form, email and analytics services you end up choosing. Everything else is accurate as written.
